Every year, galleries from around the world take part. Artissima includes three curated sections led by an international board of curators and museum directors, devoted to emerging artists (Present Future), the rediscovery of the great pioneers of contemporary art (Back to the Future), and the drawing (Drawing) (Disegni). Artissima is one of the largest contemporary art design events in Italy. It has combined an international market presence with an emphasis on experimentation and research since its inception in 1994.
EquipHotel is the world’s largest exhibition for hotel and restaurant professionals. Every two years, it guides and accompanies you in the day-to-day management of your establishments, as well as in positioning and fine-tuning new projects. Hoteliers, cooks, chefs, restaurateurs, architects, designers, decorators, and investors are all welcome to attend for 5 days to learn about new products and services, meet experts and players in the CHR sector, and receive valuable feedback. It is one of the most important design events for restaurant and hotel owners.
Downtown Design is a leading event for contemporary and high-quality design in the Middle East. This design event will showcase brands, manufacturers, and designers from all over the world during Dubai Fashion Week. It is the region’s most important creative festival, attracting top-tier public visitors as well as leading design professionals and industry decision-makers from the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and beyond, and reaffirming Dubai’s position as the Middle East’s design capital.
Salon Art + Design is one of the November design events to not miss! It will return to the Park Avenue Armory in New York City from November 10-14, 2022. This event will feature art from around the world, highlighting collectible design trends, and presenting the best design from around the world – vintage, modern, and contemporary – enhanced by blue-chip 20th-century art.
It’s the industry’s curated, creative event, taking place every November and bringing together designers, architects, purchasing agents, hoteliers, owners, and developers with inventive manufacturers of design elements for hospitality interiors for a highly curated experience.
Boutique Design New York (BDNY) is one of the most important design events and conferences for the hospitality boutique and lifestyle design community. Located in the cultural district of New York City, BDNY connects boutique hospitality brands and designers with exceptional vendors, insider experiences, and hospitality products not found elsewhere.
Design events like this one target fashion students from Spain and the United Kingdom. The theme for this year’s event is ‘Fashion For Body Diversity.’ It will take place on November 10-12, 2022, at Disseny Hub in Barcelona. This year’s Sustainable Challenge invites 30 fashion students from Spain and the United Kingdom to create works on the theme “Body Diversity,” with the assistance of industry experts and mentors like Marina Vergés (FREE FORM STYLE) and Zo Hitchens (BBC). It’s such an interesting event that you should definitely go if you have the chance.
