Dušek Décor design studio will be our focus in today’s article. Dušek Décor is a cutting-edge retailer of premium furnishings, the majority of the product line consists of original furniture designs, mostly from Spain and Portugal. They focus on handcrafted, luxurious furnishings. The most prominent materials are typically leather, bronze, wood, and marble; with a design studio, they also offer the expertise of designers, architects, and graphic designers.
After moving to Prague 6 from the United States in 2017, Mr. and Mrs. Dušek started their first design company. They first specialized in interior moldings and single pieces of furniture. They have been putting turnkey residential and investment interiors into practice since 2018 and opened a showroom for fine furniture in Prague’s Libni less than a year ago. The market is now being introduced to brand-unique designs from Portugal and Spain for the first time in the Czech Republic.
